A Digital Download is NOT a Stream.
A Download is when a digital transfer is made onto a device that is capable of decoding and playing the download. For example, when you buy a download from iTunes you download it to your device. When you download a printed piece of music you are downloading the print file to your device.

Use of a song made available for download on your website in a digital print format (i.e. chord chart, lead sheet, sheet music, etc.).
Use of a song made available as a digital download (i.e. iTunes) audio. This license will allow an individual or group to make their own recording.
Use of an Artist Recording made available as a digital download. This license will allow an individual or group to license an existing artist recording. Please note: that this configuration is licensed on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to deny the use a controlled Artist Recording.
